- Check-in/out: Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms free of charge. Simply connect using your room number and surname.
- Family Services: We provide free baby cots and high chairs upon request. Professional babysitting services can be arranged with 24-hour prior notice for an extra charge.
- Transfer: Private VIP transfers to and from Dalaman Airport (DLM) can be organized starting from 60 Euros. Please contact our reception at least 24 hours before your arrival.
- Smoking Policy: All indoor areas and rooms are non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted on private balconies and in designated outdoor areas.
- Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.

Ocean Blue Hotel - Reservation & Stay Policies1. Booking & Payment Methods
To secure a guaranteed reservation, guests must provide their full name, a valid contact number, an e-mail address, and valid credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. Depending on your selected rate, you may choose full prepayment online or pay at the hotel upon arrival. All refunds for eligible cancellations are processed back to the original payment card within 10 business days.
2. Cancellation & Modification
- Flexible Rates: You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in date.
- Early Booking & Promotions: Periodically offered discounted rates are typically non-refundable and do not allow for cancellations or modifications once confirmed.
- Penalty: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or a "No-Show," will result in a penalty charge equal to the first night's stay or the full stay depending on the specific rate type.

3. Arrival & Check-in Procedures
- Check-in Time: Standard check-in is at 14:00. Early check-in is subject to room availability. For guaranteed access before 08:00, a fee equal to one full night’s stay may apply.
- Required Documents: In accordance with Turkish law, all guests (including infants and children) must present a valid original identity card or passport. Digital copies or photos are not accepted.
- Foreign Citizens: Must provide an original passport and a valid visa (or visa-free permit). Registration includes a verification of the border entry stamp.
- Security Deposit: The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit upon arrival to cover incidental charges or potential damages to hotel property.
4. Departure & Check-out Procedures
- Check-out Time: Standard check-out is at 12:00.
- Key Return & Payment: Upon departure, guests must return their room keys and settle any outstanding payments for extra services (minibar, room service, etc.) at the reception.
- Late Check-out: Subject to availability and an additional fee. Please consult the reception one day prior to your departure.
- Luggage Storage: We offer complimentary luggage storage for guests arriving early or departing late, allowing you to enjoy our facilities until your travel time.
5. Child Policy & Age Categories
We categorize our younger guests to provide appropriate services:
- 0 - 6 Years: Infants (Baby cots are provided free of charge upon request).
- 7 - 12 Years: Children (Special discounted rates may apply).
