We stayed here for 2 weeks.
Never had any problems with the hotel or the staff.
The pool was a little bit cold but still enjoyed our swim until on the 2nd night of our holiday i had a nasty fall and ended up in hospital with a dislocated and broken elbow.
Ali the manager and all the team at ocean blue were amazing.
Always there asking if I needed anything.
Meric , wow! What true young gentlemen he was so very helpful.
Oscar and the the bar staff were all hardworking.
The reception staff were all kind and attentive, despite me stealing all the sweets off the the desk.🤣
Our room Was immaculate kept clean every day thanks to fatima.
Apart from being in a cast on my arm i can honestly say my husband and I enjoyed our stay.
Even the hotel driver drove us back to the airport, very safely.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very nice, the service it provides, the staff is friendly, the hygiene of the rooms is clean, I am very happy that the food is legendary, the breakfast is very nice, the dinners are very, very nice, I want to come to the main topic, thank the general manager of the hotel, Ali bey, very, very much, he takes care of us, we are constantly missing, I like to ask if we need it, and I thank him, now we will prefer the Jul hotel there every year when we go

Never stopped before, not sure why, been coming to hisarönü / ölüdeniz for 18 years, defo going back.
Amazing place, big shout out to all the staff, couldn't remember all, oscar gret lad, aguero is aguero, Yusuf fab iced lattes, some training is needed on the latte machine for the girls working there haha, oj got there in the end. A bigger shout out to meriç, from our first day to the last, nothing too much trouble, always smiling, helped me when my turkish language was bad, great young man you have there

Once again not disappointed. My stay this time was in the 3 bedroom apartment. Very well equipped kitchen clean and great location overlooking the ‘quiet’ pool. Service and cleaning second to non the whole apartment was spotless.
Ali and his team be that reception, cleaning or Mehmet the driver where all very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent transfer service to and from airport.
Would recommend this hotel every time.

Just some constructive criticism I have seen the decline in the Lobby bar is not what it was. Very poorly supported with little or no entertainment ( other than a raffle). Never saw more than 10 people in there. You used to have to be down early or you didn’t get a seat. I think the inability to read the audience has put people off.guest of a certain age do not want loud ‘banging ‘ music. I suggest you review the entertainment policy band maybe do a poll of what guest want!

This does not alter my review. Still an excellent hotel with great staff. Well done Ali and team. I will be back

I would like to take this opertunity to thank the Manager Ali and all the staff at ocean blue High class hotel for making my stay at the hotel so peacefully relaxing, for going that extra mile and making not only me but my nephew James (who were not booked into ocean blue but another hotel)
Feel part of your family in such a sad difficult tine, We have experienced the worst two years as a family loosing loved one after loved one, sisters nephew, niece my beloved chihuahua phoenix, then for yet another sister to become extremely poorly,
As you can imagine the grief and upset I didn't want to venture or mix with anyone out of my comfort zone, The grief alone I feel broken as does my nephew, But Ali the manager and staff let James come and go from the hotel as and when he pleased no matter what time he needed me of I him,
Never a day went past that every staff member I bumped into throughout my day ( as I was head down making a bee line for a quiet corner tucked away) every single member asked "are you OK do you or James need anything "
They forever said please if you need anything don't hesitate to ask,
There is no cure for grief no magic pill but if there was a pill to ease your inner sole a little it would be called ocean blue hightclass hotel,

From me contacting Ali to see if he had a quiet room some where I could be alone but not feel alone be able to watch the world go by and know it's still turning,
Ali put me in a quiet room tooked away but with a pool view,

I was bed and breakfast which I have to say the breakfast was lovely and right on my room doorstep,
My room was cleaned daily,
Fresh towels everyday.
Kettle, cups tea coffee ect in my room,
A fridge stocked with every thing anyone could want from water to ice tea ice coffee cola Fanta sprite spring water effect,
A large wide screen TV that you can put your own Netflix password into and watch Netflix, prime TV, Disney TV if you have children with you,
The room are spacious and decorated with light co-ordinate colours and soft furnishings,
The balcony big enough for the table and 2 chairs as provided and a lilo i sunbathed on when I just didn't want to face really,

I had heard the Chinese whispers of how the hotel food was served cold and not alot if it,
Well I thought let's see what this fuss is about,
Well my purchased evening meal came piping hot and wow plenty of it, a three course meal for very little cost,
My breakfast was always hot, and come on it was a buffet breakfast you can eat and drink all you wanted,
The drinks from bar were on point nothing no cheap brands no expense spared,

I am a great believer in a holiday is what you make it
Yes there was bew staff due to some unforeseen issues with old staff and some couldn't speak fluent English,
But how many of you complaining can speak fluent Turkish,
The problem were and is that people who were regular guest don't like change, and are set in their ways ,

Don't blame the Hotel or staff for your holiday dampness as there us nothing wrong with the hotel or its staff,
They work exceptionally hard and work very long hours, for less than what you probably earn a day but you don't hear them complaining, They dend over backwards to tend to your every need, and as much as the ones that complain the staff still have a whopping big smile on their faces the still wish you good morning and bid you good night, and ask if you need anything, carry your sun loungers to wherever you want them despite your complaints,
The hotel hasn't gone down hill it's still where it were,
It's still how it were,
Ali and staff are still amazing,
Maybe look at yourself and around you, probably not the sane crowd of guests it was the year before and that's what's not same,
Some people don't like change,
The only change I experienced was new staff and different guests,
But what a fabulous bunch they are,
Nothing was too much to ask them for,
Even cleaners were making characters out of towels that made me smile.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ali and every single member of staff,

Give yourselves a pat on the back,
As most of you especially Ali need a gold medal for carrying on regardless,
And thank you all for been so kind and understanding not only to me but my nephew,

This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are all amazing. The rooms are lovely and clean and the food and drinks are really nice and good value for money. The location is also perfect 👌 We will be back again :) Thank you to all the staff at Ocean Blue High Class Hotel for making our holiday perfect!

This is our 6th stay and will do so again.
The hammam is a first morning treat that sets up the holiday.
Staff are friendly and happy to do anything you ask

It's where I've been going every year for 25 years. So clean.the interest, the smiling face, the ambient temperature,the super quality of the food and breakfast, the pool is very nice, in short, it's super with everything👏👍

Amazing hotel, this is our second time staying here and wont be the last. Lovely staff, rooms are great and the atmosphere is amazing. Love this place :)

A hotel mainly preferred by foreign tourists. The pool and common areas were clean. Especially the restaurant, bar employees and the cleaning lady do their job with pleasure and care. Their communication and approach to their customers were very good. We stayed including breakfast and dinner, tried a different meal every evening and the meals were quite successful. We were very satisfied from the beginning to the end of our vacation, thank you.

What a fantastic holiday, I had the best room with steps down to the pool and a jacuzzi.The staff are amazing and will do anything to help you.The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Having a room on my own, I felt really safe and it was so clean.But the staff, huge shout out to the cleaners ( she was so nice) and they work so hard.Yes, the sun beds were a problemAnd the staff did address it more than once and it did get slightly better.Would I go back??? Yes everytime.Thankyou ocean blue for looking after me.

The hotel staff greeted you very nicely at the entrance. They escorted us to our room. The room was very clean and tidy. Jul. The bathroom and the sinks were clean.The hotel's pool was clean, Jul logs were sufficient, the employees were very respectful and interested. The breakfast was varied enough, delicious, the restaurant and bar part of the hotel were also quite clean, and the food was delicious. Jul. A hotel located in the center, within walking distance of Hisaronu bazaar. we stayed for 4 days and we were very satisfied. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels were changed regularly. We would also like to thank the friendly cleaning staff and our sister. There will definitely be a hotel that we will prefer again. We recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms were very spacious, spacious and clean. The pools were nice. Breakfast was quite enough. The staff was friendly and interested. Overall, it was a nice experience that we were satisfied with.

It's a great business with a great chef, great food. It's our second coming and they've added a lot of beauty to their services and menus. The rooms are immaculate, the guests are decent. Their activities are carefully selected. Thank you for everything the owners are very interested in.

Rooms and location were irrelevant as we had the turkish bath. It was amazing! One of the best we've had. Rose done my bath and massage, she was brilliant! As was millie, she made us feel very, very welcome and comfortable. Thank you!
